REPORT SECOND MEETING











Place: IES PROFESSOR BROCH I LLOP.VILA-REAL (SPAIN)

 IES PROFESSOR BROCH I LLOP (Spain),
GIMNAZIJA TOLMIN (Slovenia).

The Comenius team started the 2nd meeting in IES Professor Broch I Llop in Vila-real.
The main aim of this meeting was to prepare all activities for the 3rd meeting in Belgium and revised them keeping in mind two student exchanges in 2013/14(Finland and Greece)

Agenda:
1. Checking about: website, platform, blog.
2. Glossary about labour market, employment, CV
3. Communication between partners: ways of communication and frequency (revision)
4. The calendar
5. Evaluation planning, monitoring and dissemination of the project






We have agreed that:

  1. Each country will prepare presentations about their region in order to economy and youth employing in Belgium and about their country in Finland and upload them to the website. The presentations will be: 15 minutes of showing and 10 minutes of discussion.
  2. We will use the platform https://plus.google.com/communities/109015776729647466136 to communicate between teachers. The student use the personal email to communicate.
  3. Teachers and students will use it as a diary the blog (http://elmtotc.blogspot.com.es/) they will upload what they are doing.
  4.  Each student filled up the CV with four situations in Spain and each country will select and sent the two best to coordinator (28th February last day) and she will upload in web.
  5. We will evaluate the project.The coordinator, Lucia, will send the evaluation form to Finland.
  6. School may prepare a job orientation corner with computers so that students can find information about it.
  7. We will do some rules about exchange of students.
  8. The coordinator will sent the resultants of charts of the questionnaire about host families .
 
Exchanges:
We also agreed on the dates for exchanges:
Finland from 7 to 12 May 2014.
Revise : 
Greece from 26 to September 2014.
France from 6 to 11 May 2015
